Long time no post! Coming in here with some more photos for you guys. In case you don't follow me on Instagram, I've moved to Alberta (still in Canada) so lots of new scenery. One (nature-oriented) tourist (or new resident?) attraction is the Okotoks Erratic. Basically it's just a massive rock, but it weighs about 16.5k tonne and it was put in its current location by Mother Nature about 10 to 30 thousand years ago
1.
Cooler than the rock (in my opinion anyways) are the ground squirrels running around by the rock. The grassy field surrounding the boulder is filled with holes, probably leading to an intricate underground network of tunnels for these cute creatures to move about. Enjoy the pics.
